The Return Practice treats movement as a learning medium — a way to notice experience, listen inward, and leave room for a more aware next step.
EXPERIENCE → NOTICE → DISCOVER → CONNECT → CHOOSE → RETURN ↻
Experience gives you something to notice. Noticing creates room for discovery. Discovery can reveal connections. From there, you can choose what comes next — and return to experience again.
The Cycle is an invitation to explore, not a guarantee of improvement, healing, or a fixed destination.
What The Practice offers
The Practice offers movement education and reflection — room for your own pace, questions, exploration, and choices.
It isn't about performing movement perfectly or returning to some earlier version of yourself.
Return means coming back to experience with greater awareness of what is happening now.
What you might notice
The Practice often begins with things that were already there: how your feet meet the ground, the rhythm of your walk, where you hold tension, what changes when the environment changes, how strength feels, where play appears, and what happens when you change your pace or intention.
You don't have to decide immediately whether any of it is good or bad.
Notice it first.
From there, you have more information to choose what comes next.
